The administrative and management team answered all my questions throughout the process through installation date. The service team was phenomenal. Elliote, Aiden, Tony, Cameron and Big L were so professional and polite with my family. Throughout the entire installation, we were kept in the loop. Constantly checking and communicating with us. I have never experienced such a productive and systematic team work in my life. Not only is the fence beautiful, it’s strong. We feel safe, and we have our privacy. We love our new fence. We had set up an appt to get a free estimate to have our landing/stoop and steps to our patio redone. Jason met with us for at least 45 minutes, brought samples and made suggestions, along with laying out the design. We were very happy with the recommendations that he made and his expertise in the product and assured confidence in the work that would be done to end up with the results we are looking for.
