From our first contact with Sam Tochia, the Rochester rep, to Hayden (who came to double check everything), to Shannon in the office, and culminating with the best team ever: Robert, Keith, and Zaire, who came out from Buffalo to do our fence in Rochester, we could NOT be more thrilled!! The moment they showed up they started working like demons, and never let up. *And* they put up with my (probably not so subtle - lol!) supervision until I was sure they were "onside" with not trampling my plants. ;) Yes, I'm a crazy lady, but they coped with me so cheerfully, AND were careful, bless their hearts. Vinyl outlet never disappoints. We had a deck put on 2 years ago and I’ve had to have them come back for a couple of minor things. They arrive promptly and fix things in a timely manner. They came back to repair when we were out of town and fixed the problem without us even knowing. I can’t express how exceptional this company is. I would tell anyone to definitely use them no matter what the cost. They are worth every penny spent.

Michael & the fence crew arrived this morning and installed my fence. They did an excellent job, very professional, courteous and detailed. Before leaving they checked to be sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend the Vinyl Outlet.

Robert and his team - Kieth and Julianne did an amazing job installing our fence. We appreciate them asking and confirming small details with us to make sure everyone was on the same page. They were very efficient and left our backyard spotless. Thank you! *** 1 year after fence install review*** We’ve noticed the fence post cap keeps flying off due to windy weather. We now check to make sure the caps are still on the post almost daily so we don’t lose them. Wish there was a way to secure it. The metal piece on the latch that keeps the gate closed fell off one day. We don’t know why or how but maybe due to weather? We haven’t used the gate at all this winter. We had an amazing experience with thy vinyl outlet! They financed the project and were in and out in 2 days! The finished project is flawless! It's a pricey deck but it's all vinyl and will last way longer than the pool will, with zero maintenance! Highly recommend!
