I would like to file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk staff who was on duty in the evening, wearing an orange scarf. I am not sure if it is because we are new residents, but since the very first day, the attitude towards us has been extremely poor. We noticed that this staff member greets other residents with a smile, yet when it comes to us, the attitude is cold and unfriendly. When we asked about our packages, the response was dismissive, simply saying “no package” without checking carefully. We kindly ask that your company properly train your staff. We have done nothing wrong, and we believe we deserve to be treated with the same respect as all other residents.

Parking is not the easiest to find. Hidden fairly deep in an alley with no signage from street views.

Parking here was an excellent choice. It was easy in and easy out and reasonably priced.
