Ty installed a hot water heater for me three years ago. Unfortunately that unit failed this week, but he didn’t hesitate to stand behind his warranty and he came back out and took care of everything. He installed a brand new Rheem unit, helped order the replacement parts that were needed, and made sure we had hot water again as quickly as possible.
