I recently had the main water shut off valve replaced and a new water heater installed in my condo. Based on recommendations from the property management company, I used Watershed Plumbing to do the work. I was extremely impressed with the process. The first trip was to look over the project and provide me an estimate. Their price came in just over half of the second quote I had gotten! On the day of the installation, they showed up on time, removed the old equipment, and installed the new equipment in just over 90 mins. They are professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure to answer all my questions. Hats off to Mike, Chase, and Alex for a job well done! Anyone looking for a plumber, look no further than this company. Mike (owner) is a straight up hard-working owner. Had the pleasure of meeting him while working on a larger job in our neighborhood. We've been having sink (clogged) issues for months, but haven't had time to address them. I asked Mike if he could take a look and he sent one (Chase) of his guys over, who fixed it in no time. I cannot think these guys enough for their effort, and above all, their professionalism. Very courteous and friendly. To add: they were actually fixing a problem that one of the larger companies had caused (Our HOA had hired) and are going to complete what needs to be done for a 1/3rd less. This is the second time we have used Watershed. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. We got same day service putting our plumbing concerns to bed. They installed a new water heater 5 years ago and we were very happy so when we needed a faucet repair they were the ones we called.

I gave Watershed plumbing a two in appreciation of the two plumbers that came. They were prompt and friendly. My problem is the outcome after two visits and amount charged. On October 13, my neighbors informed me that their bathroom, below me, was leaking through their ceiling vent. Watershed plumbing came on Oct. 14. They discovered that the flange was broken. They also stopped my other toilet from running. My total bill was $298….No problem til February 4. I call Watershed again, they came the next morning. They removed the toilet and told me the flange was broken again. (I’m thinking that I wouldn’t have to pay that price again, wrong.) I was charged over $200…. and told that the flange wasn’t broken when it was installed, I called the owner with my disappointment. I live here by myself

Outstanding experience with Watershed. I needed to have a drain installed for a cat litter machine. Mike came out the next day looked at the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. His people were there in an hour and they finish the job in an hour and a half. The pricing was outstanding. The job was perfect and the timing was amazingly efficient short. I can’t be happier.
