The manager AJ was very helpful, super friendly, and made our parking experience easy and fast. Will definitely park here again!
First time parking at the William Vale. I have to say…what started off a misunderstanding between my wife, and using Spot Heronto find the parking….things wound up great. AJ, the valet manager was off duty when I was told that there was a mistake with my credit. I was told to contact him directly. AJ was very polite and efficient in settling the problem. All o needed to do was send an email and he had a few follow up questions. My refund was handled in less than 24 hours. The service I received when I dropped off our car and when I picked it up could not have been better. Thanks to everyone at ProPark for making the hassle of parking in the city easy.
