Just wanted to say thank you to Dave for amazing customer service. Home Depot sent me here for my window balance that broke. Unfortunately window depot didn't have what I needed but elderly gentleman Dave was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Also it was really fun speaking with him. Definitely I will come here for future window replacement.
I found this gem driving around chandler. I was in the middle of remodeling my home when i discovered window depot. Very clean & spacious warehouse with friendly staff members. Greeted by Daniel, he was able to get me exactly what I needed for my project. I plan to continue my future business with window depot for my future projects. I wish I found this place sooner!!
I have to start out by saying I’ve been to most window depot locations here in Arizona and my experience with this location was by far the best everyone is so nice and welcoming. I must say I was a little hesitant because of past hiccups but I thought new store why not check it out and I’m glad I did. Daniel was so helpful every step of the way and hands on with making sure I got everything I needed . Great store!
Ordered a window with Grids that they sourced through Milgard. Milgard created the order wrong without grids. I had to then take the wrong window because I had a huge hole in the front of my house while it's 110 degrees outside and had already scheduled the installation. Had to then get a window without Grids approved through my HOA which took 2 weeks. Meanwhile I can't Stucco in the wrong window without approval from my HOA. Finally I get approval from my HOA. Drive back to this place to discuss getting discounted or some accommodations for the hassle. They offered me $80 off, I think the Grids that I didn't even get cost that!!! I told them to keep the $80. Can't believe I even had to pay for a window that was created wrong. They should have made Milgard eat it. Instead they lost a cust
Went in for an bathroom window, surprised to learn they stock cabinets, doors, counter tops, lots cool stuff.
