The Window Experts

This is our second phase of window replacements with The Window Experts, and we could not be more satisfied. I held off on a review to see how our first phase would hold up. We had our upstairs windows replaced in the Fall of 2025 after meeting with Eric who did an excellent job answering all of our questions. We noticed this winter, 2026, that our house stayed warmer than in previous winters so we decided to proceed with our second phase of replacements of Anlin brand windows. We have to commend Daniel and his crew on their install. Daniel is a great asset to the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During both installs he went above and beyond for us. We had eighteen windows installed 11/13/25 and we could not be happier with the sales staff, the support staff and the installation crew. I had been watching videos that the Window Experts put on YouTube and was so happy to find that they were in the DFW area. They were quick to respond to our request. Kyle was our initial contact and came to our house in August. He answered all of our questions and put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase the same day. Window Experts did an excellent job with our window installation. Eric was knowledgeable and professional with helping advise us on the selection of windows at the beginning of the process. The office kept me updated on timeline as the windows were being prepared. The crew led by Josh did a great job putting them in and cleaning up aftwards. The windows look amazing and we can already feel a difference with the heat retention inside the house. I interviewed at least 5 other companies when researching for a company for my window replacement installation. This company came through with flying colors.

We recently had new windows installed at our house. Eric was very helpful as to which windows would look best. He was right. Daniel was very nice in letting us know what was happening during the insulation. The crew was very meticulous when it came to installing the windows. The man that installed the sliding glass door didn’t tighten all the screws until the door would slide back and forth without a hitch. It was fun to watch. We are loving our new windows. It’s nice to be able to open the windows and get a breeze of fresh air.

The window experts arrived promptly at 8 am on the day of my window installation. Josh, the crew leader explained what his staff would be doing. All furniture and floors were covered. After all my windows were installed,Josh showed me how to open,close and clean my new windows. The job was done in one day. I’m so VERY PLEASED with my new windows.
