The Window Factory did an excellent job replacing my two sliding glass doors and one kitchen window. James, their salesman, came to my house and walked me through the process and my choices for window and sliding glass door replacements. James even met me at the warehouse to look at samples. I was replacing “French style” sliders and a window with a more open concept “prairie design.” The windows looked remarkably high quality. And James was very professional, detailed, and gave good explanations of the process and timeframe. Our experience with The Window Factory from start to finish has truly been wonderful. James was our sales representative, he was extremely knowledgeable of the product he is representing and never did he pressure us into buying which is why we instantly chose to go with this company vs the other competitors. A few days later Hayley followed up with us to schedule Francisco to come to our home to measure. After a couple of months of waiting for our windows to be custom manufactured (another reason why we chose them) we got a call from Hayley to schedule our installation day. Update after company’s public response: After The Window Factory replied to my first review, I need to set the record straight. • Defective delivery. On June 3, the French doors arrived with paint defects and a dent in the frame — noted the very day of install. • False assurances. We were told a technician would be out within a week. That never happened. • Repairs approved, then ignored. In June, consultant James confirmed all items were approved under warranty. Instead of honoring that, the company delayed and contradicted itself. • Warranty admitted, no action. The company acknowledged defects. Why then, months later, is nothing fixed? I had a hard time finding reliable local businesses for window installation, especially after unpleasant experiences with other contractors. After several appointments with other companies, Window Factory sales guy James stood out as the most genuine and straightforward, without aggressively pushing unnecessary services. I really appreciated his honest recommendations and transparent communication. Since we had quite a few windows and a door to install, we asked for a discount and they were reasonable and accommodating. Overall, it was a very good experience working with this team.

Great experience and communication from the customer service to the measurement team to the installation team! They worked with us on our tricky schedule and made the installation of two sliders super easy. We are very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!
