The Window Guyz

DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY! This company has very poor customer service. For the past 3 years, I have been trying to get them to replace a broken window they installed 7 years ago. I planned on paying for it and all I got from Steve Thurman was excuses. The quality of the windows installed is absolutely the poorest. They were supposed to be Low-E windows and were told they are “good” windows. Not so! 7 years later I now have to hunt down the manufacturer and see if there is any recourse without suing them and Window Guyz. Steve at Window Guys never returns phone calls and has no interest in standing behind or assisting in any way since they got paid. It’s as if we don’t exist. Of the 11 windows installed in our sunroom, at least half are failing - broken seals and cloudy glass

The Window Guyz was the only window business we contacted that would replace just our one broken window. Everyone else wanted to do multiple windows or none. They were easy to work with and replaced a window much better than the old one that broke. I would not hesitate to call them in the future when additional windows need replacing.

Steve was great and was able to provide a quote quickly. He answered all questions and was pleasant to work with. The lead time was as provided and the install went seamlessly. The install crew was extremely courteous, respectful, cleaned up well, and extremely fast getting my old windows out and new windows in. The windows look great!

We had been thinking about replacing our old windows and we made contact with several companies at a home improvement show and found that the prices and quality was all over the place. So we went on-line and found The Window Guyz located just 3 miles from our home and Steve (The Owner) showed me the windows and the quality feathers, that have a lifetime guarantee, and the price was where we thought it should be. The windows were ordered and delivered and the two men came out that were truly (professional) did a perfect job in just two days and cleaned up after installing each window and they showed us how to use the double hung windows. If we hear of anyone that needs windows we will have them to call and see The Window Guyz, and we thank and appreciate and recommend the two professional

This job was done in November 2022. They’re pretty straight forward, windows are good quality and installation for 14 windows was done in one morning. I’d recommend ask for tempered glass bc the default is non-Tempered glass. It’s more money but they are more resistant to impact (winds, vandalism, accidents, etc). Also they break in little pieces instead of massive long murderous daggers 🗡️. It was about $1000-$1500 more for 14 windows to change from non-tempered to tempered. They can give a precise quote just by looking at your house using google maps and asking how many windows you want done. After that a project manager will come and visit your house and take precise measurements. You don’t have to be present for that as long as you give permission to enter. Our quote didn’t change fr
