Gail, or Gayle however you spell it, the manager is not meant for customer service and is beyond rude. I have never had such a rude experience over the phone nor did my father who is a regular and was just kindly trying to exchange a carhartt coat I bought him that did not fit. She would not do this for him. We ended up calling the store in CR and had to have their manager speak with her to allow it so he also had to drive back and do it again. He ended up finding a $80 coat vs the $120 carhartt coat I bought him and she REFUSED to give him the money back and called it an “even exchange” which is not even close to that. We just let it be because we were done dealing with that women. Terrible experience and she should not be working as a manager with that unhelpful attitude.

The WOMAN with the purple hair was extremely rude and unhelpful. If she is in the store when I am shopping again, I will leave and come back another time. Other people also noticed how rude she was to customers. 2/3/26 went there again out of necessity and once again the customer service was non existent. Staff completely ignores you, almost like they avoid you, and everyone is sitting on their phones pretending to shock shelves.

Great place to shop, quality merchandise if your looking for clothes or garden accessories, snacks to toys. We always go looking for a few things and end up spending more on deals to good to pass up. Shooting bench for $30 and a fancy firepit for $120.

We went to the store yesterday to look at the Massimo 550 UTV. They are the only place we could find that allowed us to hear it run and drive it. A young girl named Kayla helped us out. Unfortunately this one had some mechanical issues with the drivetrain. But was still able to drive it and hear the sound level. She called every other store within a hundred miles trying to find one for us. After probably an hour plus located one in Cedar Rapids. Don't often get service like that knowing they are not going to get the sale. We could have called around but she was most gracious to take her time and check into everything for us. Just would like to say thank you. As you can see we have been using it. We will get many years of service out of this utility vehicle
