I had great service from Thelen! My furnace quit, and Thelen came out quickly to take a look. I ended up needing a new furnace which they installed the next day. Price was reasonable. All Thelen team members were courteous and knowledgeable.

I had previously left a raving review for this company because of how great and accommodating the tech was. I’m now adjusting my review to reflect a few different issues. My tech at the time was a great guy, but clearly was young and inexperienced. The boss only came back to “check” the work the young guys did and I then found multiple issues with their work after the job was done. I also found that I was incredibly over charged and that they easily could’ve made this job much more affordable and within my budget. I was charged $10k for a full re-pipe of my upstairs bathroom plus a new tub installation. Nearly $4k for just the tub installation. They installed the wrong size tub and tried to claim afterwards that they “told me about that” which they did not. I now have to build a new wall t

Thelen was great to work with on a cold weekend in January. I had a leaking pipe behind my shower and I called Thelen plumbing. The were able to come out and check my pipe and do the work all in one day! I was so impressed with them from the moment they answered my call! Definitely will use them again if ever in need.

Had a tune up on the furnace, had them go through it and do some maintenance and repairs. Was beyond happy with the service from the office to the technicians that came out. Shout out too the guys that came out Bryan and Cal were knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. Would recommend these guys over and over again. 👍🏻

Drain issue ive been putting off and stressing over for months. Joe had pictures to show me similar situations he's run into. I was expecting thousands of dollars in repairs. 30 minutes later he was done and everything works again. He was very knowledgeable and a great person. Im very happy with the outcome and no BS
