We needed to replace one of the HVAC systems at our house. We got quotes from a couple of other companies, and based on the knowledge and experience of our salesperson, Kevin, we selected Thermacon to do the work. Thermacon Service Company installed a new A/C unit and heater to replace our old system, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The first Lennox system wouldn’t hold a charge, but the team didn’t give up—they worked on it late into the evening to try and get it running. The next day, they delivered a brand-new unit from Houston and had it fully installed that afternoon. The system is fantastic! Very quiet both inside and outside. Josh and Caleb came out, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. For about $400.The other company that came out told me it was something different and would be $1500. And that I really needed an entire new system. Josh and Caleb were very respectful and professional. I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Our aging 18-year old HVAC unit was experiencing issues, so we promptly contacted Thermacon, the service company that handles our bi-annual unit maintenance. The company dispatched a technician named Joshua who has performed maintenance on our units in the past, so he was familiar with our system. We received a quote for the needed repair work. We considered investing in the repair of an aging unit, but we were left unsure as to how much longer it would continue to work in the often sweltering Southeast Texas heat. When we needed a full system replacement, including all new ductwork, their team went above and beyond every expectation. From the initial consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely polite and respectful. The installation itself was a massive job, but their crew was efficient, respectful of our home, and incredibly meticulous. They didn't just replace our system; they upgraded our home comfort.
