I am the Utility Supervisor for SHL- Medical in Deerfield.Beach Florida. We use Thermal Concepts and Roth Southeast for all of our service needs. We currently had.a very tough job that was a nightmare due to the fact placement and size of the equipment.and the installing crew pulled it off with no complaints or grievances. Marlon Chamorro was the lead on the job for this very intensive situation. He did a great professional job, nice neat work, was on time and stayed until the job was complete. Techs like this are the reason.we stay with Thermal Concepts and will continue to use their services in the future. Marlon is an asset to the Thermal family and deserves a lot of credit for his hard work.

After years of working together and disputing some bills then working with there Billing department a year ago and paying a agreed upon amount we now receive a legal letter of collection. This company has become dishonest and I highly suggest using any other ac company than Thermal Concepts.

What would Mr. Larry Maurer say about the professionalism of his employees and how they carry themselves when they park in the lots of business clients where their image and respect is most transparent? I’m sure the President of Thermal Concepts employs only the highest caliber of company representatives to service their clients. As one of those clients, I did not see this standard of conduct on 11/16/19 Countryside Mall by the Macy’s store. I’m sure it will be corrected and I won’t see this again.

Had a visit today from Andrew Portano, Customer Relationship Manager and I was very impressed with the knowledge and service that this company has. Thank you Andrew for stopping by and helping us take care of all our HVAC issues and I'm looking forward to working with you.

I won't use this company in the future or recommend it to anyone. I paid almost $300 for an emergency call on a Sunday, then took them almost 2 days to provide an estimate. They don't follow up. They promise you status update calls that I never received. If I don't call, they wouldn't had informed anything. I called early on Wednesday and I was promised my AC would be fix by the end of the day. At 4:00pm I had to call again to be told a bunch of silly excuses and my AC won't get repaired until Thursday. C'mon, it is Miami and it's 90F inside my apartment. Your sense of urgency and customer service is nonexistent. Mr. Rick Maurer your company dropped the ball big time, and Mr. Phil London not replying emails is a good example of your company culture.
