Taylor and the Thermal Shop team were great to work with. Taylor was incredibly thorough, explaining exactly what he recommended and why. I really appreciated that he provided several options at different price points so we could make an informed decision. He and his team completed the work in a timely manner (within one week), and while the pricing was competitive with other quotes, Taylor’s "above and beyond" service is what truly set them apart. The team was great to work with from the time they came to my home and gave me an estimate, performed the work (insulated garage walls and attic), clean up and final conversation to make sure I was happy with the job.

Five stars all the way!!! Taylor and his team were absolutely outstanding. Although my home is only one year old, I still felt a chill last winter and the attached garage felt more like being outside. Tyler came in promptly, took detailed photos and showed me I had a combination of cellulose and fiberglass insulation but it was was not even up to code with content, only 5 inches after it was spread even. He also pointed out that the attached ruler was actually bowed, which had made it appear as though I had more Insulation than I actually did. Additionally, the baffles were already falling apart. The team was professional, thorough, and respectful—cleaning up their work area before leaving. I highly recommend their services for anyone experiencing similar issues.

Great folks to work with. Had my attic blown-in with new insulation. Honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. Taylor did an excellent job discussing and providing options for our situation.
