★ I run a restaurant and use a Bosch hot water boiler. When the boiler broke down, I contacted Bosch service and was referred to this company. After the repair was completed, I later learned that this company was not an official Bosch service provider, but a subcontractor. While the boiler was repaired, the total charge came to $2,935.91. In my personal opinion, this cost was extremely high for the work performed. I was charged $363.88 for the diagnostic visit alone, and although labor was explained to me as hourly, the actual repair time on site appeared to be less than one hour. As a small business owner, paying nearly $3,000 for this repair was very frustrating and disappointing. From my perspective, the overall cost did not feel proportional to the time and scope of work involved. I
