There upcharge for parts is insane. Double the amount for a pump. They charged me 26$ for 3/8 od flared coupling it's $1.50 part at most hardware stores. The first guy was just guessing on how to fix furnance. Spent hours changing parts that were not even close to the actual problem. And I got charged for them when I had the parts already brand new. There. Second guy came got it running but had to come back 4 days later to replace the part I said should replaced. Would of done it myself but didn't have and couldn't get one.. I simply needed a expert who does it everyday and would have the parts on hand. Didn't get it. Got the oh we will just change stuff until works guy. Bought all spare Incase it goes down I can afford to fix it. In this economy crazy times we live in I guess. I w

Our furnace stopped during one of the coldest spells of the winter, and on a Sunday. I called and someone came out within a couple of hours and had it fixed. We are very grateful for this local company who takes such great care of their customers.

Great service. Quick response when my complete heating system went down. Needed someone to trouble shoot the system to determine what the root cause of the problem must be. The first service company came in and refused to turn the system on to listen for the noise. They immediately said I needed a new heating systems; cost approx 9-10K. Mark turned the system on, listened, did A quick check and found the gas valve to be bad. End of story is it coat me $600.00

Mark came to our house during the evening when our furnace quit on the coldest day of the year when another company couldn't fix it. He stayed until it was fixed. He is the BEST !!!!
