What ever you need for part's after hours go somewhere else these guys are $100.00 for call out plus part's okay I'm good with that don't like it but what do you do! The guy who can't hardly speak clear English tells me at least an hr before he can get there..in the mean time I get it started so I called back and said never mind I've got it started now. Then I won't start again knowing now that it's definitely the starter I call back I need that starter for sure now. He responded I was almost there before now it's going to cost you for a full call out on Labor and part's which is $650 plus part's and a 2 hr minimum at $278. Per hour and parts. This place is Damn joke all the way around! Do whatever you can do to avoid them!

Arrogant, that’s the right way to describe these people, came for a PM service and a posible Polly replacement and I guess since they wasn’t going to make that much money out of it, they told me it was no spot for me to drop the trailer but that they had 3 units ready to pick up and they don’t even know when the customer was coming to pick it up. So, didn’t you call to find out? Anyways, I told them, since is a PM uni can I drop the trailer in the back in front of those that nobody is going to come to pick up and I wait outside while you handle your business? No, they said cuz I was going to obstruct yard traffic in case some one come to pick up, but remember they don’t know. In another word, if you know they aren’t going to meal good money out your job, don’t even bother to come here. I b

We were immediately attended too and the job was accomplished in a timely manner.

Useless. I brought them a small smooth idler pulley off of one of their trucks to buy a replacement. I had the part in my hand and the dimensions all ready to make it at easy as possible. I was told "nope can't help you." I asked if it's possible to look for something similar, the response I was given was "it doesn't work that way". Based on my 5 minute interaction here I can tell it won't be around much longer. No customer service what so ever. What will happen is eventually their clients willing to pay the crazy pricing will stop coming to them. Then they will raise their prices to stay afloat. Eventually those others will get sick of them. Until someone that knows how to run a business that's open the public and friendly opens up down the street and puts them out of business. I estimate

Not to sure why the bad reviews. But here is mine. Called the shop around 11am after realizing the belt in my unit snapped as I was about to get loaded. I arrived around 11:30ish they were less then 5 miles from where my shipper was. Spoke with the Manager he said bring it over and he got me In the yard/shop asap. I'm not the best at backing into tight places. The Mechanics helped me out tremendously getting my 53ft trailer in the yard. I definitely was struggling. Lol. One of the guys Got in my rig and backed it into the shop for me..LIFE SAVER!!!. Dropped my trailer and they started to work on it. With in an hour they were done. The Manager I think Danny was his name was very cordial and straight forward! I definitely appreciate honesty when it comes to mechanical issues. I left aroun
