Awesome! Very professional. Easy to get an appointment. They were there on time, Joe did a thorough assessment of my needs, put in a bid and they did the work. As they were doing that job, they discovered a potential fire hazard and gave me a bid for fixing that. They were able to solve that problem under cost and passed the savings on to me. I LOVE this company. Great people!

I have used Third Element a couple times for electrical work in my rental property. They were prompt and did great work each time. I wanted to give a shout out to Ian Martin. He has been awesome to work with and super helpful with random electrical questions I send his way.

This company is great!! I bought a 100+ year old house with all the issues one might expect. It seems that almost everytime we open a wall or try to do one new thing, I need to call this company again. They are ALWAYS prompt to get back to me, schedule and have come in crisis moments as well. 110% would recommend to any friends/family.
