We parked at the top level because we were in a larger vehicle and didn’t wanna risk getting dinged, I’m not sure if taking pictures is *actually* illegal but I was just taking a picture of my truck and a large security guard (whom I assume is the same guy everyone is talking about) approached me and my friend and started to yell profanities at us saying he would get us arrested if we were ever spotted here again. When we tried to apologize, he continued to scream until we exited the building. Note: He sped way all the way to the top, almost getting us hit. We felt very endangered, I definitely don’t recommend coming here.

I parked here because I was going to a near by restaurant and all the parking near there was rather full for my large vehicle. I arrived around 8 pm and when I was leaving sometime after 9 pm I was informed by a rather large security guard that because I parked on an upper level homeland security was going to be notified that I was parked there. Upon voicing my genuine interest in why that was I was informed that there was a sign at the very bottom near the entrance stating that the upper levels where off limits in the evenings and that I wasn't welcome there. I will never be back and will recommend against use of this establishment.

We were waiting for our car to warm up on the 6th level and we were looking at the cops that pulled people over. Being very nice we apologized to the security guard who accused us of loitering and he called the cops claiming we were going to commit suicide. As we walked away he made another comment calling us "a bunch of dumbasses" after refusing to shake my hand as an apology. The larger security guard with longer hair does not give any respect and is extremely rude using unnecessary language. We will never return there again.

So we parked on the 5th level St about 9:30 pm and walked up to the 6th level to see the facility and were immediately intercepted by big guy in a security guard uniform who told us we were in a "restricted area" and "didn't belong here". Less than hour later we left and before exiting the 5th level we were stopped by the same big guy who told us that "hourly parking is restricted to the lower level" and that "Homeland security would be informed that you parked here". The only good thing was that it didn't cost anything cause we were there for less than an hour.

The security guard seems to enjoy flexing his (nonexistent) power. While my wife was waiting for me to come pick her up (read: "loitering"), he figured it would be a good time to threaten her with a DUI.
