I was really nervous about fixing my own chain link fence that was hit by a moving truck. There are so many different and specific parts to even a simple fence. Home Depot and Lowes didn't have everything I needed on my list and I didn't need to buy a whole 100' roll of chain link fencing. So, I called Tholl Fence to ask if they sell materials to the public. The really nice lady on the phone said, "Yes we do, just drive through to the back building and they will get you taken care of." She wasn't kidding and I couldn't of had a better experience. Ron J. and Jacob were amazing and so helpful. I needed two steel posts with 4" base plates and Tholl's team made them! I was able to get 4' of fencing instead of having to buy a whole roll. Visited the store to purchase parts for our fence that was damaged by a landscaping company. Tholl provided excellent service and their parts have held up well -- great price and variety of options.

Tholl Fence Co is too big for their britches. Tholl did not do the work per their proposal. Tholl scheduling is minute by minute. Tholl did not respond to my additional parts request. Tholl is a good fence builder, but don't expect Tholl to communicate well at all. UPDATE: Tholl reached out and asked if they could resolve the problem? I REALLY like the gate! I had a gate installed recently and the technicians did a good job. I have heartburn with the estimator, Phillip, and the lack of transparency in the quote/contract pricing. I was quoted one price and charged more when I received the final invoice. I would advise everyone to request line-item pricing for their quote.
