I just had my entire house carpets cleaned and Thomas Carpet did a fantastic job. The technician that came out explained in detail what he is about to do and stopped and ask me to check each room he has completed. The technician was professional, neat and very observant to some of the spots that I even missed. I have a Labrador and if anyone has one they know they shred a lot even with constant grooming. I had spots where my dog got sick and threw up in several areas in my home and Thomas Carpet cleaning service got them all up. I’ve tried other companies and they charge more for less rooms. He was on time, pleasant, courteous, and did an absolutely phenomenal job on both our carpets and upholstery! Robert and Thomas Carpet Cleaners were amazing to work with start to finish. Their communication and pricing was clear and straightforward. They were punctual and very efficient. Robert cleaned a white, high end carpet and made it look nearly brand new (after nearly 30 years of wear and tear). He also cleaned a white area rug with a pretty egregious coffee stain and other dark spots and once again the result was brand new. I was planning to have to replace the rug entirely and am so happy their solution worked so well. I highly recommend Thomas Carpet Cleaners and will definitely use them again!
