We are so appreciative of the help we received from this company earlier today. We contacted Trustwell Heating and Cooling late yesterday about our water heater that failed (super inconvenient with this cold weather!). Scheduling was easy and efficient with online scheduling available. They showed up FIRST thing this morning, investigated the issue, and replaced it right away. The service was fast, clean, and professional. Tim explained everything clearly and made sure the new water heater was working perfectly before leaving. Outstanding service. I had Trustwell come out twice for what I thought were major issues. The technician that came out, Tim, was very knowledgeable and assured me they were not major issues. He was honest and did not try to up sale me on repairs I did not need. Everything was repaired in a timely manner. Very prompt service on both appointments with text messages when they were in route. I never got this level of service with the company I used before. I highly recommend Truswell for your HVAC needs.

Used Trustwell for the first time and it was a great experience! Had an issue with water in my unit and they promptly scheduled for a tech to come out. The tech (Tim) showed up on-time (bright and early at 8am!) and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I asked a TON of questions (whats wrong with it, how did it leak, what causes it to leak, etc) and Tim was able to explain it in a way I understood. He identified to issue, had all the parts in his van to make the repair on the spot, detailed what he was doing and how long it would take. Tim was pleasant throughout (never seemed impatient or frustrated, even with my barrage of questions!) and looks to genuinely enjoy his work. A great experience all around and my unit is back to normal!
