Asked my shop manager and office manager to get me a price. Thomas quoted $225/yd. No problem. Got the bill and they added the following: $250 short delivery fee, $100 for fuel (we are 2.2 miles from their site) and $10 for environmental. Exactly 40% higher than their quote. This was never mentioned to either Hector or Dorothy. Only found out about it when it hit my credit card. They are a Swedish owned conglomerate who have 70 plants in GA, SC and NC. This is not a local "family business."
Easy to work with. Great customer service!
I agree poor customer service guy just hang up on me I wasn't even done talking to him this is not the first time dealing with first service with this company if you don't like your job you should have work in customer service
