I called in outside of working hours, and there was an answering service to take my details, and forwarded them to the owner who called me back pretty quickly (before official opening hours). He was abl to get his team to me by 9:15 that morning. After a brief diagnosis for no water pressure and a tripping breaker, I was back up and running with a new well pump by 12:15 that day! The guys who came were polite, professional, and explained everything they were looking at and planning to do. They were also clean, and considerate of my home when coming and going from the yard; this shoudl be the norm, but in my experience it's not, and was greatly appreciated. We had a leak that was partially flooding our basement, we didn't notice until labor day when everyone was closed. We called the company and Thomas Nigro called us back within 20 minutes on a HOLIDAY. He had a technician out the next day to fit with our busy schedule, and they found the cause of the leak right away. They also let us know that our tank was from 1989 (20 years past due!!) LOOK NO FURTHER. To be honest, I hesitated to call this company, because I’d never used them before and didn't want to be taken advantage of as a single, female homeowner. They were fabulous. Evan came to my home and was very professional and informative, taking the time to give me background and explain things to me. No gouging or taking advantage by this company. Evan assessed my problem, ensured that my well pump was functioning ok, and then addressed the repair to my water pressure tank. I was thrilled with his work, his caring and his integrity. Honest prices and great service. If you have a well or pump problem, look no further. These are the guys you want to call !

Had no water first thing in the morning, Called Tom Nigro & Sons and had someone at my house within 2 hours to diagnose a bad pump, he had guys come back later that same day to replace my well pump. Had water again that night! Very knowledgeable team who explained everything that had to be done and did a great job on the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a well system.
