Z Airport Parking (Propark)

Should have read the other low ratings more carefully before we booked; there’s a reason why they’re much cheaper than the other 2 other commercial options at this airport. We landed on a Sat morning (clear weather & roads), called at 9:04 for pickup, was told 10 min. Called again at 9:28, was told 5 min. Called a last time and then gave up and just waited. Shuttle finally came 42 min after the initial call. In the meantime, saw 3 each of LAZFly and BDL sPark shuttles, and about a half dozen yellow Parking Spot vehicles. Once we got to our car, the roof wasn’t fully cleared and they had rolled down our windows without clearing window snow first so everything was wet. This would be a one star review, but an extra star for some of staff that are obviously trying despite being undermanned.

I had a great experience with Z parking this past trip. The northeast was hit with a big snowstorm on February 23rd. I thought for sure that when I returned to my car, I would need to dig it out. When I arrived, the ENTIRE lot was cleared. Every. Single. Car. Just amazing. The gentleman at the front desk also quickly and fairly took care of the extra payment that was required, due to my layover. Very kind people at this place and excellent service - thank you so much!

Such a great experience. Getting to the location was super easy, we only waited a few minutes inside the warm waiting area, and the two guys behind the counter were so awesome and funny. Our driver to the airport was a super nice guy and we had great conversations with him. Then when we came back home, we were told to call when we got to baggage claim which we did and the driver was there super fast. And he was awesome as well. This was by far the best parking experience and shuttle experience we’ve ever had. We will ALWAYS park here when flying!! Thank you guys so much!

I used Z Airport Parking’s valet service and returned to find my vehicle completely disabled with a dead battery. Although the exterior had been cleaned off from snow, it became clear that the vehicle had been left in reverse for an extended and unknown period of time. This was confirmed when the car was still in reverse during the jump-start attempt. This is basic valet negligence. What made the situation worse was that the issue was not addressed before my arrival. Instead, I was forced to wait while my vehicle was jump-started, causing an unnecessary delay after travel and raising serious concerns about how vehicles are handled while in their care. When you pay for valet parking, you expect your vehicle to be returned in proper working condition. That did not happen here. This experi

Service was excellent. Easy in, valet service was very good, friendly, courteous, professional service. Driver helped us with luggage. On the way back we just called as we landed and the bus was waiting outside for us. They even cleaned the snow and charged our car! It is less than 5 mins away from the airport at Hartford CT.
