These guys are top notch! Chip and Chris were able to unstop my kitchen sink for me and give me very good advice on how to possibly clear it myself in the future. They were very friendly, worked hard/smart/fast, clean, and very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend using Thomas plumbing if the need arises. Thanks again!

Helped me out alot, but apparently dont give out estimates before job is done. Just completed the job (took @ 30 minutes) and handed me my bill ($213). I am not mad about the cost However I was glad they came out to me in the country. Also took longer to arrive than expected, but did come out the same day, which was helpful.

Very poor and unknowledgeable staff were sent out with no expierenced plumber. Shoty work was completed, and sand and dirt were sent into interior pipes, & appliances due to not flushing the system, after been opened. When called about the sand and dirt they did respond by sending the same untrained staff who created this problem, to try to made repairs. On third trip out to our house, we were informed that we needed to have an appliance repair person come out to repair our washer, which now wasn't working, "they said their was nothing more they could do." We still to this day have sand and dirt in our toilets and all waterlines. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

I would love to just say how sorry THOMAS PLUMBING is seriously over charging an elderly woman that is on social security which is my mom for a job that i could have easily hired someone if I’d known what they were going to charge her to come out an lay a whole new water line they ended up charging her 4200 dollars at which they knew exactly where the leak was because I told my mother an she relayed it to them an when I went an looked at the job when it was done it was in the exact same spot at which I told her where it was I mean everything is tuff right now but to just flat out screw someone an overcharge is just sorry IMO an obviously they know they screwed her because they will not return any of my phone calls so something is definitely wrong with this picture but I hope y’all are able

Prompt, professional and fair with their billing. While I am not looking forward to another plumbing issue, Mark Thomas will certainly get my first call when I have a need for plumbing help. Thanks again!
