We had a busted pipe in the wall behind our fireplace. We used Thomas Restoration Group to have repairs done and replace our flooring. Neal was very professional and responsive. We decided to move furniture and do the painting as well and we were able to get additional flooring for our stairs and loft area for very little extra cost. I was left paying over $1,200 out of pocket during a bathroom remodel with Thomas Restoration Group because of their mishandling with insurance — and that’s only one of many frustrations. We had a pipe leak in the wall between our garage and pantry. We immediately called a plumber and a remediation company, but the resulting damage led to a complex insurance claim (including replacing our entire downstairs wood flooring). We were given Thomas Restoration Group's information from the remediation company, so we decided to give them a call. Neal sent someone out within hours to document the damage, and Neal himself came out the next day to explain their process. This was our first insurance claim, but Neal and Windy helped us navigate the labyrinth that an insurance claim can be with clarity and confidence. We had a burst water pipe, and after repairs were done we needed dry wall and flooring repairs. We worked with Neil. He was extremely helpful and flexible. They also pushed back on our insurance's low ball estimates and got us almost 6k more money to repair our home. Again, the flexibility was awesome. We opted to move furniture, etc. to the garage and to repaint ourselves to allow more money to go towards flooring. Doing this allowed us to add stairs and our upstairs engineered wood flooring for little extra cost. Neil was very communicative too, always quick to respond. This business was contracted to repair a portion of my kitchen after water damage ruined some the interior. I entered into a contractual agreement with Thomas Restoration Group on July 8, 2021. All claims were being handled through my insurance company. The estimate was sent on July 14 and it was accepted by the insurance Adjuster on July 15. I called on July 19 to inquire about the start date and Mr. Philbeck did not know when the work would be started, but he was sending someone out to pick up materials to build the cabinets. This was picked up on July 24. On July 23 I finally received a project manager. The work was scheduled to begin on August 4. I was being asked to pay half of the overall invoice as a deposit, but my deposit was only $1,000 because the insurance was handling the cl
