I just finished remodeling my entire home. I have been dealing with Thomas Supply since June 5th and my front door was finally delivered today! Working with Thomas Supply was the worst experience out of the entire remodel. I had an outside sales rep come to my house to walk the house with me and take measurements. Once the order was entered I was asked to double check and sign off on the order. I found multiple measurement mistakes. I corrected the order and sent it back over. One door size was changed from initial order to final order without it being brought to my attention which created a major issue at install. The all stained front door that I thought I was getting came in with a white fiberglass frame. I was not informed of this nor was I asked what I wanted. It took

We stopped by today in need for a light switch and more importantly some advice about light switches. Both Mark and Jim were so informative and truly customer service driven professionals. They took the time to explain the difference between my defective switch and the new replacement switch. They ensured I understood everything and were patient with the questions I had. I definitely would recommend anyone who has electrical needs to go to Thomas Supply, you'll be happy with your experience and get what you need.

I called and left 3 messages for the manager, Eric, to follow up on an order I had discussed with him in person. Never received one call back. I'm not going to chase anyone down to give them money, especially when they make it clear that they don't care.

I called on Thursday about buying lumber, to make sure they had what I needed, they did and I told the lady I would be in on Friday to pick it up. I drove 1 hour 45 minutes to Murrells Inlet and they were closed. She didn’t communicate this to me and said see you then. Don’t buy from this company go to the big box stores, don’t help out people that don’t value your time.

People were very nice! Great lumber for the price, took my customer with me & he was very happy with purchase!!! P.s. they stock items that the Orange store no longer keeps in stock.
