Tom is an excellent plumber! Randomly during the day everything started backing up into the house and we couldn’t use anything. Tom came out & made sure we were taken care of! Even his colleague helping was great. Very kind, honest, knowledgeable & so thankful that he helped us esp. in a stressful situation! He made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend for any needs!

I’ve relied on Tom for over 30 years as a knowledgeable and imminently capable plumber. Last week was no exception. I drove out of my driveway to see a stream of water rolling down the street from my water meter. Tom repaired it that day in his usual meticulous approach demonstrating not only his extensive knowledge but also an absolute commitment to getting the job done right. He followed up to be sure the repair was effective which speaks volumes about his professionalism. I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. When a clogged line to our septic tank caused a backup Tom quickly diagnosed the issue and came the same day so that we would not be without water. He was honest and reliable. I would use his services going forward for any plumbing needs. Do yourself a favor and use this local, self run business.

Tom was very knowledgeable and professional! He is an honest man who is willing to do the right thing and not take advantage of peopke who need immediate help with plumbing issues. When Pro Plumbing and American Rooter tried to take advantage of my need for services, Mr Tom came right in, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. He also followed up with me a few days later to ensure everything was still going well. I recommended him to two other family memebers that day. I definitely would recommend his services!

Thomas is a professional who will not steer you wrong. His reputation is well earned. I have recommended him and have used his services. He personally saved me a lot of money on my home when another inspector/plumber stated I had to have a main valve replaced costing huge. Thomas came in as always and said "no big deal" and did the job asap for very reasonable $. Thomas is an educator. He likes his clients to understand what is going on and why.
