I wanted to say THANK YOU to you and your staff for an amazingly well-done job! Our septic tank was full and needed to be emptied immediately. We called Monday night, and your crew arrived first thing Tuesday morning—now everything is clean and running perfectly! Your staff was absolutely the best: patient, professional, knowledgeable, and truly amazing. We are so grateful for your commitment to your team, who in turn shows such dedication to your clients. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

Jarod was my technician, he was professional, easy to talk to and with, explained what was going on and what could be done. He went with my decision without pushing to upsale me. He did this all without talking down to me like some people tend to do when you know nothing about their profession. I truly believe I would of keep getting quotes if it wasn't for him. In the end the price was fair and the job done well. If you go with this company ask for Jarod, you will not be disappointed.

Garod gave me an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they completely exceeded my expectations. They were professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. They made what was a stressful plumbing situation feel manageable and easy. It definitely won’t be my last time using them. Highly recommend!

Jarod was very friendly and informative!! I’m giving him the 5 stars. But, based on the original time, I had this company come out, I would not recommend them. The job cost over 13,000.00 . At that price I expected the job to be done efficiently and to have a great outcome. They are overpriced , messed up our yard and ended up not fixing the original problem. During the original at least 6-7 different employees came out. Each employee could only deal with certain aspects of the job. That led to a lack of communication and waisted some time. This company to me , is more focused on sales than making the customer happy and doing an all around good job. The work they did do , seems to be holding up. It's so great to have a local, family-owned business in Lake Havasu that you can truly trust. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or drain issues.
