I had David from Thompson heating and air for a preventive maintenance check on my AC, and he was exceptional. He was prompt, very courteous, and professional in his appearance and conduct. David did a thorough job inspecting the system, and he took the time to explain in detail how I could perform some ongoing maintenance myself to help keep the system running efficiently.

David did a fantastic job as always! Our Furnace had a gas leak. Bad news! Thompson was super responsive and the price was reasonable. I have signed up for their excellent maintenance and inspection plan! Thanks guys👍👏

I've used Thompson since moving to Spartaburg in June 2021. Their service is great - they show up when they say they will and explain charges before it's time to pay. I don't have much experience with costs as this is my first house, but in my opinion their prices are reasonable. I only have two complaints - that my brand new air conditioner was dropped during installation and the installers didn't say anything about it and no discount was offered for the dents, and that no measurements were taken when I was purchasing my new units in January to ensure they would fit through the attic access. The framing for the access door had to be taken apart so the unit could fit upstairs and that could have been prevented with a tape measure. I'm overall happy with the service and will continue to u

Thompson Heating and Air have been a blessing to work with. Mark came when we were having issues. Was very clear spoken, firendly, professional, direct about the issues. Went above and beyond to help us out and get us back to comfort. When it came to date for new air handler install they kept in contact to find an ideal time and date. Showed up at the planned time and jumped on the job. Jessie was a huge help getting everything scheduled/organized. Very kind and informative about getting someone out.
