By the time I got home, the fan motor had begun squealing loudly and then completely stopped. With temperatures dropping, I immediately began calling HVAC companies—but every one of them said it would be several days before anyone could come out. Then I called William Thompson, and the entire experience changed. William reviewed the information I provided, gave me an extremely fair quote right away, and arrived within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the parts he needed, and had our system back up and running before noon. From the moment the heat pump failed to the moment William restored

10/10 William charged a very fair price for parts/labor and was able to fix my furnace in a very short amount of time. Additionally, he was easy to work with for an appointment and showed up on time so I didn't have to take more time off work like I did with other home repairs.
