Russ & Jessica are great to work with until they don't want to do a job. Russ came out to ID my problem (old septic needs to be rerouted to new septic) and provided really good advice. Had great communication w/Jessica via phone/text/email, until they decided to ghost me. Very unprofessional company. If you don't want to do a job just say so.
