Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and most importantly their outstanding communication made our pool build an enjoyable, stress-free journey. Thompson pools did a great job when no one else could or would. We were left in an unfortunate situation with our original pool contractor (not Thompson) where they made a significant construction error (the pool edge was not level, which for an infinity edge pool is a disaster) and then disappeared, leaving us with an unusable pool. We contacted numerous pool contractors to come and see how they could repair / fix the issue. Most took one look and walked away. Hank and team at Thompson were different, they were thoughtful, caring, understanding and worked with us on how we could get it fixed. Our experience with Thompson pools has been wonderful. We shopped around and decided to go with Thompson pools a local company for a personalized custom touch and thats exactly what we got! Jim was excellent and knowledgeable when it came to working out the most custom designs to fill our needs. The entire process was smooth and timely. All the crews were punctual, friendly and a joy to work with. Hank the owner personally visited the project periodically and Tate the project manager kept us up to date and was in constant communication with us throughout the project. Thompson was great to work with through the whole process. From the initial meeting to discuss our ideas, to design, construction and post-install servicing, we have been very happy with the service and communication throughout the process. Jim, our sales rep, helped us create the exact vision we wanted in our design. Taite, the Project Manager, communicated and explained every step of the way and answered my MANY calls every time. (Thanks, Taite!) The crews were all very respectful and careful around our property even in the small strip between our house and the neighbor’s house. No damage, yay!
