Overall the experience with Thompson was a positive one. I had significant damage to my kitchen because if a fire. I also had much smoke damage to several rooms in my condo. Thompson was very efficient in getting work lined up to take care of it all. We did have a glitch with getting the cabinets replaced due to the manufacturer’s fault but Tony and Carolyn worked very hard to resolve the issue. Troy in particular did a great job painting the kitchen and ceiling. He went the extra mile when installing the cabinets to make sure that job was perfect and it was!

I have had such a great experience with Thompson Restoration all the way from Corbin who did my initial estimate, Greg and Phil who did the mitigation work on my basement, and Mike who did the rebuild estimate. I especially want to shout out Greg and Phil who i saw on a nearly daily basis as they worked to get my basement dry after a leak. They were professional, detailed, and friendly. Even my dogs were happy to see them when they’d arrive in the mornings lol. Highly recommend this company. 10/10 professionalism, work ethic, communication, and friendliness.

We had a flooded basement, Dominic and Phil were great to Work with to restore the basement. They walked me through the entire process, helped me make decisions on what was the best outcome. They were very personable and understanding in a stressful time

We had a large tree fall on our house from a storm and the work done is beautiful! We have gotten many compliments on the outside and inside work. Anthony and his teammates truly do very detailed and excellent work. Only giving four stars because communication in the summer with the office wasn’t the best (with some project delays as a result), but it was remedied later. Thank you!

I had water damage caused from a clog in my furnace condensation line in my basement. I have two furnaces and only one drain which is 100' away. Dominique T and Chris B of Thompson Restoration Associates emergency crew were very respectful and kind, and they were very careful with my property when they came to dry out the carpet. A plumber from another company had to cut a whole bunch of drywall in the ceiling to install a new condensation line. After the plumber finished his work, Thompson Restoration Associates put carpet back and repaired drywall.
