I waited a few days to post this review to see if my plants from the cleaning solution died and they didn’t! Joe was very careful to water my plants first for protection. He was intentional about not causing damage to our screen and went over and over particularly dirty spots. He was quick but thorough and our lanai looks great! I highly recommend this local company.

Amazing! I talked to them late Friday afternoon and they were cleaning my driveway by 8 am Monday morning! I have an HOA that is all over me about the condition of my driveway but yet the neighbors drive and sidewalk (as you can see in the picture) is worse! Thanks for getting this done so quickly!! It looks beautiful!!

I hired Thornton’s Property solutions mainly because of their five star ratings to clean and seal my driveway, walkway, porch and patio pavers. Now I am a believer! Emerson and Davidson were my technicians. They were diligent, polite and professional. The owner, Jason, was prompt in response to my request for an estimate. He also made sure to work within my schedule for service. I highly recommend this company for any and all your home services that he provides.

Our pavers look so much better and the sidewalks/driveway aprons are finally mold and grime free! A team of 2 came when they said they would on a Friday, it only took a few hours, and they even came back after the weekend to redo a portion of the driveway that had been holding a lot of water prior to their arrival (they wanted to go over it again when it had dried out, even though the water wasn't their fault). Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

First there isn’t enough thanks I could give. This morning (Sunday) I was about to leave for the airport when I decided to put away a few Halloween boxes, one fell from our garage rack and hit the PVC pipe coming from our water softener it was a crazy mess a gusher shooting water in our garage, I was able to shut it off and quickly reached out to Jason just to see if he knew someone or could help in anyway, I take off for the airport and within minutes Jason is at our house to repair the cracked pipe. Not only did he fix and repair the PVC he made two trips to Loews. Still overwhelmed by his generosity to help us so quickly. Wish we could gave 10 stars. Thank you again.
