We just had the good fortune of having your service rep Dre service our central air conditioner. He took the time to explain to this novice (me) exactly how the system worked, what he was doing and how to set it up for optimum performance once we head north for the summer. He was prompt, polite and efficient.

Aundre did an awesome job, was very communicative, showed up on time, set reasonable expectations, and all around was a pretty awesome dude. I'll be recommending him to any of my family or friends who need an AC guy, probably one of the better experiences I've had with a home service person.

He was able to asses my problem promptly, diagnose the issue thuroughly and get me back to cool air in a very reasonable amount of time without any surprises or upcharges. Owner operated and absolutely amazing! Aundre showed up quickly, less than an hour from when I called him. Was confident he could diagnose my issue quickly and did. Was a simple fix with no upcharging or trying to sell a subscription. Just prior to this visit had an other big A/C company come to my home and try to claim there was a bigger problem that would cost over $1200, with ThoroughBred AC that was not the case, the problem was simple and required a simple fix, not a big bill. Was just charged for the service call and that was it. Problem was fixed so quickly he did some other inspections and cleanings for free. Life safer to have quick and honest AC repair in the phoenix summer.

Before i called thoroughbred AC i was having all sorts of trouble with keeping my home cool price was never an issue performance and professionalism were. Aundre came and remedied that.
