The staff at Thorpe Heating & Cooling provided us with the best HVAC customer service we’ve ever experienced. Alex Harwell is my number one go-to guy. He was quite knowledgeable and provided impeccable service. I’ve also had an opportunity to interact with Elliot and Cody (who are super awesome as well). However, prior to even meeting Alex, I prayed that we would get him to look into our needed repair, since many of the highly rated reviews raved about him. They weren’t wrong and we are ever so grateful for it! My experience with Thorpe was wonderful. Cody and Jessie are actually at my house right now and they have both been amazing. They are professional, experienced, kind, and have been willing to spend their time explaining everything to me so that I know they are being honest. That is a very hard combination to find nowadays. The experience as while had also been great. Elliot in scheduling was also amazing to work with. If you are seeking ANY kind of HVAC work, call these guys. You will NOT be disappointed!

Once again, our heat decided not to work when we needed it most-when temperatures are in the 30s here in Lakeland. Thorpe sent a technician within a few hours from when we called them. Thorpe’s technicians are friendly and professional, knowledgeable and experienced. We have had many technicians over the 24 or so years that we have been using Thorpe-for emergency needs and for regular tuneups. Our technician today was Jaime, he did a great job, and he didn’t mind at all answering all of my many questions. Keep up the great service Thorpe!

After two other on-site quotes, I was referred to Thorpe. The on-site evaluation (a system rep and a service tech both came) was way more thorough than the others, and we felt much better informed to make a decision. Our system rep (Robby) was a pleasure to work with and learn from. After a few days of additional on-line research, equipped with HVAC knowledge from Robby, we ended up purchasing a system through Thorpe that we felt met all our needs. Installers (Leo & Louis) had it completely installed in one day and left no trace of mess - they were super friendly and explained exactly what they were doing - yet we hardly heard them working. Price wasn't the cheapest (nor the highest), but we feel we got the best value, in both efficiency and technology that fit our budget. So glad we

Thorpe has been the ac company for our home for the past 8 years. They sent Carlos to do routine maintenance and he knocked the drain pipe loose that caused $14,000 worth of water damage to our home. Mind you, they sent four other technicians to our home and blamed it on a clog that they insisted they had cleared. Instead of taking accountability for the tech and damage they blamed it on installation. DO NOT USE them if you value good service. We are thankful for Luis who does installation because he is the only honest worker they have. They also responded to this review and deleted it because they know they had Elliott call us and tell us they weren’t taking liability for their techs mistake but instead looked up our permits to avoid accountability.
