Sam did an amazing job for us. He cleanly and neatly removed kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and hallway tile for us, preserving an expensive mosaique which two other companies said they couldn't save. Sam also laid tiles in such a way that there is no visible pattern. With all our demands, Sam was always flexible, patient, and willing to work with us. Most amazingly, he gave us an idea for reforming our large fireplace using a wonderful tile pattern that ended up making the whole living room look magnificent. You will not be able to beat his prices. We can't recommend Sam and Three Feathers Tile more highly. After a year, the tiles are still perfect, not a single crack. To all those who are looking to remodel their homes/bathrooms. Please be ware of “three feathers tile”. #threefeatherstile We were unfortunate to come across this one man show of a company after seeing some good reviews online about him. He quoted us 2 weeks to complete our 5x7 ft ONLY bathroom remodel. After 4, FOUR weeks, not two, we are left with a gutted bathroom, leaky fixtures and pipes and although beautifully tiled shower wall no grout and no functioning shower. Outside the shower the rest of the bathroom is gutted walls to the studs, no mirror, no vanity, no door, no privacy! After pressing the issue with said “business owner” he advised us to find someone else and quit. This hack showed up every other day AT BEST and only worked 2-3 hrs a day at most. I wanted Sam to only do the wall board and shower pan, because I enjoy doing the tile work myself. Sam called me back the same day when I was looking for someone, and he came to look at the job that afternoon. He was able to fit us in, in spite of being super busy with other jobs. The work he did was good. Why 4 stars instead of 5? There were a few times he wasn't able to come when he said he would, and he didn't always call to tell us. In spite of that, Sam was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his patience in answering my questions, and willingness to do just a piece of the whole job.

Sam and his crew have done several tile jobs for us and they do high quality work! Sam has a real eye for how to lay the tile and pick the pieces that will look good next to each other! I wouldn't have anyone else lay a floor or do a shower wall for me!

My husband and I hired Sampson to do the floors in our house, kitchen backsplash & bathroom floor/shower/backsplash a few months ago. He was great at first, or so we thought. He didn’t install nor seal the raw tiles on the bathroom floor correctly and it now has to be completely redone. He hasn’t finished the living room floor and refused seal the floors properly (never informed us until we were about to move into our house that it was a separate service and told us we needed to do ourselves). When we asked how much it would be for him to seal everything, he said “he doesn’t do that,” putting us in a horrible situation.
