BEWARE RATES INCREASED AND LATE FEE IS ADD'L $10 IF YOU PAY AND DON'T LEAVE WITHIN 15MIN EVEN IF YOU ARE STILL WITHIN THE EARLY BIRD WINDOW. Don't bother trying to speak with "customer service" either. They threaten and hang up. I used to pay a min of $90/week here but no more. I'm tapping out. And if there is a "Mgr" reading this - please don't respond. You can save it. Just like I'm going to save my money and go elsewhere. $10 for 2 minutes on top of the $30 "early bird" fee for a loyal customer that has been parking here for YEARS. Never again. Rate increases were bad enough but your "late fee" policy merely makes you all look like nothing but a bunch of CROOKS.
