Three Logan Square Public Parking

Paid our ticket which was good for 12 hours and we left after 5 hours. Went to the car and proceeded to change / feed our newborn. Got to the gate to leave 19 minutes after paying and had to pay another $15 because took longer than the 15 minute grace period. Called BexPark customer support to explain the situation and they effectively told us tough luck and we had to pay it to leave. No remorse. Will definitely never park at any BexPark garage ever again.

This place is great. Not the most total parking available and not the lowest price, but not the highest price in area either. Close to lot of stuff. For the building I’m frequenting near here for 3 years now, this is my first choice for parking. And all of the building staff here is so very nice and helpful if needed. Lot can get full late morning some weekdays. So be early on a day like Wednesday or be prepared to have to search for a parking spot. I have 2 other lots I use that cost less. But those places are not as nice and my walk either doubles or triples, depending.

I have written very few reviews but feel the need to do so for this parking garage because of how appalling the set up is. Owned by Brandywine, a publicly traded REIT, this parking garage has slightly over 400 parking spots across three levels and is attached to the Three Logan Square office building (though the entrance to the garage is located on 1718 Cherry Street). Prices are steep - $430 for a monthly pass (general parking, spaces not guaranteed) and $550 for a reserved monthly pass (where you’re guaranteed a spot). I understand that there is a parking shortage, so pricing alone is not the issue. To me, it comes down to the greed of Brandywine. The first floor is always virtually empty because it is exclusively for the $550/mo reserved parking passes. As a result, customers are left
