They were hired to clear a line of trees and old fence to make way for a new fence to go in. Also the corners of the old fence were supposed to be cleaned out, with the addition of one tree in the central plant bed in the front yard. Well it was almost all cleaned out, I'd say about 90% done. There is a bit of debris left behind for clean up before the new fence can go in. The stumps were supposed to be removed and for the most part they were, except for the one in the central part of the front yard and quite a bit of roots sticking out. The corners that were supposed to be cleaned out also had a lot of debris left too. I will say that they are fast, about 6 to 7 hours total to do everything. I would give this company 5 stars they are so awesome. I am from Carteret County and have dealt with several landscapers in the past 40 years, by far Carmen and Three Stars Landscaping has been the best for me. My palm trees came to life and my yard has never looked so good. He actively treats for weeds and it shows. Everything I have needed from pavers, to a retaining wall, to mowing and irrigation he has done it right the 1st time. Carmen from Three Star Landscaping did a bad job on a brand new permeable concrete driveway on my property, and unfortunately, my experience with his work has been highly unsatisfactory. The driveway that was installed is not acceptable and is already falling apart despite being a recent installation. Moreover, Carmen also installed corrugated piping for the gutters, but to my dismay, these were facing upwards instead of being directed downhill. This oversight on his part resulted in ineffective drainage, and I was compelled to rectify the issue myself. I ended up hiring another landscaping company to fix it.
