Awesome experience. I called John in the morning, and by the early afternoon he had come by and fixed the annoying issue of our garage door not fully lifting. Super knowledgeable, thorough and so pleasant to work with. I recommend him for any and all garage door issues!

John is truly the BEST!! We called him 9pm at night with an emergency repair . The coil to our 500lb garage door broke and all our vehicles were inside . I have small children and can't be without a car . We were told it was a special coil and John went above and beyond, on his own, to locate the part halfway across the street, driving first thing in the morning to pick it up . He was at my house the next morning and the door was fixed with quality craftsmanship. His prices are fair and his work is second to none !!!! Thank you, John!!!!

John is the best of the best! I called him at 8:30 am on Saturday, because of an emergency situation I had , he came to my house immediately with his professional equipment. John worked professionally, safely, and quickly. John is a real gentleman, reliable guy, very professional and charges fair price. John at Threshold was very responsive to my request for him to walk me through reprogramming my garage door keypad. Clearly, he wants his customers to be happy with his products and services. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
