We’ve been dealing with a mouse situation and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand our specific concerns and worked with our needs instead of trying to upsell us on services we didn’t need. Before finding them, I almost signed with a big national company and by the end of that conversation I honestly felt swindled. Tom Mays came by from Twin Boro for an inspection and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions with patience and never made us feel rushed. Because of his professionalism and how comfortable he made us feel, we decided to sign up for the Home Prevention Program on the spot and even scheduled treatment for the very next day.

Tom is the best. Totally accommodating to time of service as well as very knowledgeable and professional. He was sure to put on boot covers very neat and aware of how pets may be affected by their services. Tom was able to eliminate pests quickly and also returned within days to be sure all was on plan.
