Aaron did an amazing job!! He took the time to explain things to me, showing me where the issues were and listened to my requests as well. Everything works amazing now. Plus he showed me how to get my fancy new system (that I had purchased from a landscaper) connected to the Internet. Something else I really appreciated was the care he took in preserving the grass, so the yard didn’t look all dug up from the repairs. I would absolutely recommend Aaron!

I had Aaron from Thrive come out to fix a leak in my sprinkler system, and he was outstanding. Incredibly kind, very professional, and extremely thorough in his explanations. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the leak, and handled a warranty question with real grace and honesty. They were also impressively prompt—arrived within 30–45 minutes of my call. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommend.

We had a steady puddle of water near our sprinkler system main valve in the Texas Summer heat, so I knew something was wrong. We called Thrive and they came the next morning with several text messages to confirm the appointment and another to give us a head's up on their arrival time. Abraham showed up and pumped out some water and eventually found the leak. He replaced the valve in about an hour and I asked him to inspect all the sprinkler heads. He helped turn some of the heads that were not spraying in the right direction and added risers to 2 sprinklers that got sunken into the dirt. Very professional and courteous. He went the extra mile for us.

Nice employees ….but tried to tell my partner we needed to rewire our entire sprinkler system and it was going to cost 1600$. He said he would diagnose the system wiring for 225$ - all he did was tell me nothing was working and cut all the existing wire connections to the controller. I called another company($600) who reconnected all my wires that were cut and magically all of my sprinklers started working for a fraction of what this company wanted to charge me. Avoid this company very little effort in their diagnostics- once he got me to agree to diagnose he was finished in 5-10 min no results ….not very through.
