When we purchased the new AC unit, Chris was an open book about the different options available to us and did not push any hard sale on any specific unit. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied when we were dealing with some noise issues with the AC unit (the noise could not have been predicated or expected). Chris spent countless hours working to resolve this unexpected noise, ensuring we were satisfied with our new unit and we are so grateful. Chris is knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t try to sell unnecessary products you don’t need. We were dealing with extremely dusty vents/ducts and my entire family (including newborn & toddler) has been sneezing for weeks. He was able to get us scheduled quickly to get our coils/vents/ducts cleaned. It’s already made a huge difference in the way the air feels in our home.
