They paved our .75 mile shared driveway. They're a fantastic company to work with. The crew was hard working and detail oriented. They answered every question and addressed every concern. The driveway came out amazing.

My company and others in our network have worked with Tibbs on a number of projects. They historically have performed and committed to excellence. However, they underperformed on a driveway project and have done nothing to remediate multiple issues. They were contracted to do a full rip and replace of an existing driveway with the addition of more 21a base material. The three issues that were brought to their attention were: 1) Settling in front of the garage door threshold 2) Settling in a small section at the driveway entry 3) Failing asphalt in the middle of the driveway that is resulting in significant cracks. Great experience! Our HOA community hired Tibbs Paving for asphalt milling and paving, as well as, some concrete curb work. We plan on hiring them again for more work in our HOA. Tibbs Paving is well-organized and efficient. Our community has provided very positive comments since they completed the project.

*** UNSAFE *** UNSAFE *** UNSAFE *** UNSAFE *** UNSAFE *** A bobcat owned/operated by Tibbs Paving crashed into my son's car!!! The bobcat was in the straightaway lane, while my son was in the left turn lane. The driver of the bobcat turned left INTO MY SON. Virginia requires a traffic management/control plan and a ground crew, neither of which were present. NV Flagging showed up on the scene AFTER I arrived. The project manager on scene was EXTREMELY RUDE - didn't ask if my son was okay, demanded our insurance information, and proceeded to tell the officer (I called - they didn't call) that it was my son's fault. As of today, NO ONE from this company has reached to see if my son is okay. You can see from the photo that my son's car is still in the left turn lane. Bobcats do NOT ha
