We had a tree fall on my Mother's home on a Friday night that ripped the service line off the house and caused extensive damage. Power was turned off by National Grid that night and at 7: 30 the next morning we were able to get ahold of Tice Electric , they responded quickly to isolate off the damaged area and allow for restoration to the rest of the home. They stayed until the inspector arrived to allow for National grid to re attach the line to the house. Then made sure everything was working in the home. They were professional and responsive with an emergency call on a Saturday for a 93 year women that was very distressed over the damage to her home. I would definitely give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

My house is new construction and therefore our electrical issue was covered under the warranty agreement, however, I have to submit a ticket through our builder to have a contractor look at the issue. Tice Electrical showed up and confirmed the ground was isolated to the outside post light and they would be back in the Spring to fix it since the ground was frozen. Fast forward to spring and I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Tice. I left 3 messages over two weeks with no communication back from them. At this point, I decided to do the work myself. I completed the fix and then a week later Tice shows up at my door step. They never called or reached out to me, they just showed up at my door unannounced. This aggravated me enough for Tice to earn a 1 star review.

We had a leg of power go on our house. I called this company and they responded within an hour to help fix the problem. I would highly recommend them.
