Tidewater Chimney Sweeps is a wonderful company. Professional firefighters who provide a valuable service at a reasonable price. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt in her service. They have cleaned my dryer vent every other year for the past 8 years. They have also cleaned many others in our HOA. I have never heard a single complaint about their service. I highly recommend them.

Damon was punctual to our scheduled appointment. He did a full safety inspection of my fireplace. I thought it needed to be cleaned, but he told me it was in great condition and that a cleaning was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty - it saved me some money. He provided some great recommendations to improve the safety and longevity of my fireplace/home. Thank you very much!

Chad was professional and knowledgeable of the service. Chad was able to answer all our questions, cleaned up everything after the job was completed. I have a recommendation: When it’s time for your customers to have their yearly Chimney inspection/cleaned, you guys should have a data base set up that would send out reminders. This would allow you guys to keep your customers from going anywhere else. We like you guys and would like to keep our fireplace cleaned every year with the same company. My property manager got me in contact with these great people for HVAC Duct cleaning Chad came out on a Saturday, in the middle of peak "chimney cleaning" season, and was very efficient and professional. I have 13 hvac vent terminations, and he was able to properly clean them all out (and the return duct) all within an hour and a half. He left no mess, was very cordial, and now my home feels and smells fresh every time I step in! Would recommend these folks any day, great locally owned and operated company, friendly staff, and awesome work ethic.
